Liscarl joined the staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in January 1999, in the capacity of Senior Account Executive with responsibility for corporate accounts. He has over thirty (30) years experience in underwriting, broking and risk management. He currently operates in the capacity of Senior Broker.
Liscarl holds Diplomas in General Insurance and Marketing Management from the Insurance College of Jamaica and the University College of the Caribbean, respectively.
He is a member of the Liguanea Private Members Club and is an avid squash player and sports enthusiast.
Shirley-Ann re-joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in April 2008 as Senior Account Executive after a previous tenure from 1996 to 2002. She currently operates in the capacity of Senior Broker.
With over twenty (20) years experience in underwriting and broking in the general insurance industry, Shirley-Ann brings to the team, a wealth of experience in managing the portfolios of corporate clients.
Shirley-Ann is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London) and holds a Diploma in Insurance from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies.
Patrick joined the Staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in December 2002 in the capacity of Account Executive.
A graduate of the Insurance College of Jamaica with Diplomas in General Insurance and Supervisory Management and a Certificate in Marketing, Patrick has also completed courses in Fire and Engineering Insurance at one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies, Munich Re, in Germany. His twenty (20) years experience spans underwriting, risk management and claims. He has participated in various sales and insurance seminars and workshops over the years.
Patrick enjoys watching football, cricket and formula one racing.
Robert joined the Staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in July 2006 in the Claims department in the capacity of Senior Claims Technician. He then made the transition to Sales and Marketing in the capacity of Account Executive.
Robert is a graduate of Nova South Eastern University where he completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He is also the holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree with a major in Marketing. He has fifteen (15) years experience in the insurance industry.
He enjoys lawn tennis, motor sports and running.

Gabrielle joined the marketing team at Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in the capacity of Senior Account Executive in 2009. She brings to AIB over twenty four (24) years experience in the General and Employee Benefits insurance field, spanning areas of underwriting, sales and marketing. Gabrielle was formerly a Board Director and Company Secretary at Jamaica Citadel Insurance Brokers Limited for over ten (10) years.
Gabrielle holds a Diploma in Supervisory Management from the University of the West Indies, Diploma in Management from the Jamaican Institute of Management, Certificates in the General Insurance and Employee Benefits from the College of Insurance & Professional Studies. She has also completed a Sales and Marketing course from the University of New Orleans and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Law Degree with the University of Technology.
Employee Benefits Agents
Malesha joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in March 2009 in the capacity of Sales Coordinator. Within ten (10) months, she was promoted to Junior Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department. Malesha currently operates in the capacity of Account Executive in the New Business Unit.
Having previously worked as Sales and Marketing Officer for Angel Aid Limited and Production Coordinator for Nordis Direct, a direct marketing company based in Coral Springs, Florida, Malesha brings to the team, a keen approach to sales and marketing.
A graduate of the University of Technology, Malesha holds a Masters of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and minor in Banking and Financial Systems. She has also completed insurance studies in Ordinary Long Term, Accident, Sickness & Health.
She enjoys listening to music and surfing the Internet.
Deneille Williams joined Allied Insurance Brokers in March 2007 in the capacity of Account Technician in the Employee Benefits Department with a previous six (6) years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, having worked with Blue Cross of Jamaica Limited and Thwaites Finson Sharp Insurance Brokers Limited. She has served over eleven (11) years in the provision of Group Health and Group Life insurance.
Deneille holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica, additionally she is an Associate of the Life Management Institute (ALMI) and is currently pursuing the Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Deneille enjoys traveling, cooking and socializing.
Vanessa recently joined Allied Insurance Brokers in the capacity of Senior Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department. Her career in the industry spans over 12 years, with the pass eleven (11) years in Employees Benefits Department providing Group Life, Health and Personal Accident Insurances.
She is the holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and also the Health Insurance Administration (HIA) designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Centre for Insurance Education and Professional Development.
Vanessa enjoys playing netball, socializing and traveling.
