How does InCheck work?

Step1 - Setting the Corporate goals
Develop a beachmark for key health indicators along with an overall wellness target for the organization.

Step 2 - Health Assessments
Screen each member of the organization and document the key health indicators (blood pressure, blood glucose level, blood cholesterol, body mass index, current physical activity levels, and lifestyle practices). Analyse the data, develop individual profiles and design action plans.

Step 3 - Support & Incentive
Develop, in conjuction with your company's Wellness Committee, group-based prograammes which include a suitable incentive element for all participants.

Step 4 - Track the benefits
Research shows that poor health practices and existing health risks of employees have a significant impact on an organization's bottom line. Using the following InCheckTM reports will enable your Company to profile and highlight health care trends relevant to your organization and its employees.

  • The Economic Impact Report (summarizes the prevalence of health risk in your organization)
  • Productivity & Presenteeism Report (shows the relationship between the number of health risks (shown graphically) with the cost of productivity losses per employee)
  • Health Style Index (a barometer indicating for each employee a specific lifestyle rating associated with agreed risk factors)
  • Individual Risk Profile (tracks changes in individual risk factors over a period)
  • Group InCheckTM Index (assigns a group rating for each agreed risk factor)
  • Rate of Absenteeism Report (Number of days lost due to a single or multple risks)
  • Employee Productivity Ratio Profile
  • Rate of Staff Turnover Profile
  • Health Care Cost Profile
