An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute with the Chartered Insurance Broker (CIB) designation, Amanda joined the staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in March 1993 in the capacity of Account Handler and was promoted through various positions to her current role as Managing Director.
She holds a Diploma in Accounting and Management and a Masters in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School.
Amanda serves as Director on the Board of the College of Insurance and Professional Studies and enjoys reading in her spare time.
Dwayne joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in October 2011, in the capacity of Business Strategist. Prior to this he worked in the GraceKennedy Corporate office after previously being employed by the Bank of Jamaica.
With over five (5) years experience in financial analysis and strategic planning. He supports the management team in the execution of the company’s strategic objectives and was promoted in January 2014 to his current role as Strategy and Governance Manager.
Dwayne holds a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics (minor in Political Science).
Dwayne is also certified a Professional Evaluation & Certification Board (PECB) ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
Janet brings to us a wealth of experience having worked in a number of senior roles in the financial services including Capital and Credit Financial Group and Crown Eagle Life Insurance.
Prior to joining The Allied Team, Janet held the position of Manager- Financial Reporting and Treasury at GK General Insurance Company.
Camile joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in February 2002 in the capacity of a Trainee Account Executive in the Marketing Department. She has been promoted through various positions to her current role of Technical Manager.
Holder of a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies (minor in Accounting) from the University of the West Indies, Camile is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She has received extensive training in reinsurance and brokering through an internship at BMS Risk Solutions, London.
With a keen eye for detail, Camile is always willing to assist and has a passion for problem solving, training and development. She is outgoing, loves music, playing dominoes and learning new things.
Wayne joined the marketing team at Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in the capacity of Senior Broker in 2007. He brings to the team, over twenty (20) years experience in the general insurance industry, spanning areas of marketing and underwriting in the capacities of Assistant Manager–Corporate Accounts and Non-Motor Manager at NEM Insurance Company Limited.
Wayne holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Technology, and a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. He also has a Diploma in Supervisory Management and Certificates in the General Insurance classes from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies.
Jacqueline joined the staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in October 2003 is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII)
With over twenty (20) years experience in the General insurance industry; she has held various senior positions with several companies, which includes her roles as Claims Supervisor at British Caribbean Insurance Company Limited and Senior Claims Officer at Scotia Jamaica General Insurance Brokers Limited.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree (with honours) from the University of the West Indies along with a Diploma in Marketing from the College of Arts, Science and Technology.
Jacqueline enjoys sewing, gardening and reading in her spare time.
Kay Ann joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in February 1995, in the capacity of Junior Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department.
A Fellow of The Life Management Institute with over twenty-seven (27) years experience in the insurance industry, Kay Ann also holds a Diploma in Associate Customer Service from the Life Office Management Association, in addition to a Diploma in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies.
